At GKIDS Films, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our animated masterpieces and collectibles. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all discs, booklets, and promotional inserts are included and undamaged.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
